i have a 90 240sx with the ka24e and it starts but then shuts off i put new fuel pump filter and mafs. but i started to think that it was the tps but not sure any help would b apperciated

Then test the TPS sensor its fairly easy. Could also be your fuel pump itself dying.

but its brand new i even put a walbro 255 fuel pump in it and nothing... the only way it stay on is if i keep it idled past 2k

all cars need 4 things......air....fuel.......spark......compressi on.......when one of these are missing it will not start or shut off rite after......check the signal going to the injectors.....check your vaccume hoses....any litle hole will make it to lean and will shut off....

Could be connection problem because it the car start then the engine o.k. Could be not getting it proper fuel from the pump..
