New Guy here with a newb question ..
I'm looking at a 97 Silvia sr and the Guy says it does not pass smog, and you can not make it so it will pass smog.
It doesn't look like a track car at all, no cage or anything like that.
I think this Guy got the car at an auction and he doesn't know what he is talking about.

Could I just throw some cats on it and be good?
