Unhappy KA24DE S13 AT>MT Swap no start

Ok....so yes i did search for this on google but not really finding out anything that i haven't already tried so no flaming.

ANYWAY, i swap the blown motor to my buddy's motor (both KADE) and while i was at it i swapped in the MT. This is my 2nd S13 so I know what i did the last time i did this, only it was KAE. I have Auto ECU, jumped the parking shit, and the thing where i can get the fucking key out (unless the battery is unplugged...maybe a different issue). So I finally get it finished sometime later, I start it and i had a few leaks in the intake that came with the car so i buy plugs and start the car up....the timing was WAY off. The dizzy was completely pegged in the counter clockwise position. It ran, just very rich and missed (also had open exhaust mani.) So today I hook up the y pipe, and exhaust all up and now it wont start, it'll just crank and crank and then after i let off the key it blows a puff (like late fire) and that's it. It smells like fuel so i guess it's getting fuel. Changed spark plugs, wires, and o2 sens. Still nothing. Also i removed the pipe for emissions that runs around back. Stuck a nickel in the EGR valve since i didn't have a plate neither wanted to spend $15 on one, and screwed the plug back in and welded the hole on the manifold and the y pipe. Then i connected all the hoses to each other to "cap" them and capped the egr nipple off on the actual egr valve itself.

So i didn't get a chance to check if i was getting spark but i turned the flywheel pulley to TDC and the marker is lined up with the second line (starting from the left to the right, and the rotor was set to the #1 spark plug, then i made sure with the valve cover off that the dizzy and cam gear lined up. They did, but still no starting, just cranking.

HELP!

Spark,. U prolly flooded it. Also at tdc it should be at the doth mark. Spark happens before tdc by twenty degrees. Each notch is five.

Fourth my bad. Ignition happens at 20 degrees before tdc. Cam timing should be fine. Make sure u have spark and focus on spark timing

OH! BTW, i was wondering, since i had all this shit going on, would it be a smart move to put my other cam in (the 248/248 or whatever it is) now, or just figure this out first. How hard would it be to now? Would i still have to take the front timing cover off and all that bs?

Fuck 248 248 in general. Don't do it. Also if it still won't start. Disconnect all 4 fuel injectors and turn it over with the tob fully open (floor it) this will help if its flooded. On my old kade high compression, I was running 370cc injectors without a tune and that bitch would flood all the time

gotcha on the no dice with the 248 248...and i will do that with the injectors...i did the wot when taking out the fuel pump fuse...but i'll do that too. and the rotor has to be BEFORE? ok then i'll try that then. I know when i had it lined up directly with #1 wire, i would turn it more the the right (clockwise) when sliding it in, so it would catch so that possibly could push it before the #1 wire...maybe not idk. I'll try both tommorow. Running out of time. Trying to get it done and tagged before next weekend for our meet... :/

Just for future refrences/searches, my dizzy was retarded by three teeth. Took out, turned, stuck it in 3 times to advance it and, BOOM. fired right up with ease. Now just need a timing gun...also 1st gear and reverse is a bitch to get into...no reason why since brand new TOB and clutch and shit....prob syncros...awesometastic. Thanks for the help though guys!
