s13 altima springs on a 92 240sx hatch

I've got a question my friend has some brand new s tech tein lowering springs and he dosent have the car any more so I was wondering of I could use them on a 92 240sx hatch or not because I know some springs can fit more than one car does anyone know

Nope, what I do to see if parts are compatible I go to Oreillys website enter part and it shows compatible cars
