NOT ANOTHER TURBO THREAD!!!....but seriously i need some imput...

i picked up a brand new gtx35r. this turbo is going on a built sr22det. the motor will be running e85, and used for track purposes only. these turbos are not sold with the turbine housing, and here lies my dilema. i am looking to make about 550rwhp i want to make this turbo spool as fast as possible.

im leaning towards the t3 .82 AR divided housing

other options available are t3 or t4 1.06 AR divided housing.

im having a hard time finding any kind of comparison results from the different AR's available for this turbo.

does anyone have experience with any of theses setups?

(i did search and could not find what i was looking for)

go with the t3 .63 housing
the E85 will take care of the rest of the spooling

Just make sure that your ratio of hot side to compressor housing isn't more than 30%. Stick with the T3 .63 or .82 housing.

Not sure .63 will give 550 whp ... Pretty sure the 1.06 is too big though. That is the kind of A/R you can find on 6/8 cylinders, 3L+ engines.
