DIF Turbo Line install questions

Installing my Turbo lines and I just need some clarification on where the copper washers go.

My understanding is,

2 for oil banjo fitting

Does there need to be washers in between the fitting on the hose, and the fitting that goes to the turbo?

Especially on the oil line..

Any help is appreciated
