I am in the process of changing my clutch and flywheel, and I know that I have to use lithium grease on certain parts. I have called a few different places and they told me that I need a certain kind of lithium grease. Does anyone know what kind I should use?

Moly lube. On the tranny input shaft and inside of the pilot bearing and throwout bearing.
