Hello,

I've been searching around with no luck whats-so-ever. Does anyone out there have a picture (preferably: side / back) of the RS-R ExMag system on an S13? Or even a link to find one?

I haven't found any. as far as I know it still hasn't been released for s13. I got a call from options yesterday that it was back ordered another month till the end of april.

hmmm, see i want to make sure that the muffler doesn't hang down to low, or really stick out int he back, and look dumb. like that rs-r or(something), i wan it stealthy.

... no one has a pic? even an s14 will kinda do.

I'm sure it doesn't stick out and is nice and stealthy, but I can't remember if ive seen a real pic of it.

Dousan, didn't you use to have one, or am I imagining things?

I've seen the fitment on EVO 8s, and it sits sooo nice and snug. I'm going to need an exhaust yesterday, so I've been researching and looking at different cars. The ex-mag is on my list. I've always liked the quality on RS-R products, as I've ownded their stuff before.

The ex-mag is the more stealthy one isnt it? It looks more like stock. Are you talking about the gt2. I've seen it in person on an s14 and it was nice! It was a little different from the n1 design but it still resembles the n1. Never heard it though. Didnt stick out too far or anything weird.

man that exhaust is hella tite..since im lookin for a low profile...exhaust...it's either that or the 5 zig...borders.

but the 5zigen border turbo exhaust is only 70mm

the rsr exmag is 80mm

gt2 = all out race exhaust.
exmag = quietest jdm 80mm exhaust you can't get

Dousan! I went through the car pics thread and found your car, which i'm 98% sure has the RS-R ExMag on it.

So that is the old 70mm version? If you look at the one on phase2 you can see that the muffler isn't that blingy.

Personally, I'm sick of my loud exhaust and want something very quiet. I hate using a silencer as well. I have a GP sports spec III all stainless 3.5" piping, no resonator. Have a 3" dp and 3" ps test pipe before that.

then it was early december.
then early feb/mabye late jan.
then feb 25th (oo a real date)
then march 25th :ghey:
now...

but recently I heard from phase2 somthing about production problems resolved... container on the way.... etc

they obviously didnt have any production problems for the honduh exmags...

my friend works for RS*R USA, it was a favor. i got the exhaust before (way before) RS*R Usa opened up. it is th eolder model of course. got it dirt cheap dirt cheap.

I'm trying to avoid getting noticed, keeps people from wanting to street race me, and cops from bugging me (though i got bugged with my stock exahust ... stupid awesome loud SR sound at WOT), also when someone tries to race me they dont know what they are doing and get owned before i've passed the speed limit.

I'm totally with you guys.

No RS*R ExMag for me (costs too much for my blood), but I don't want to draw attention with a N1-style canister and lots of noise (thats why I run a Border III.. which is for sale.. for cheap price

)

Also Glenn does NOT have a ExMag. He has like the ExMag II GT-Spec or some such thing. It's like a N1-style thing. He installed a butterfly valve to put it into "shut-the-fuck-up" mode.
