S14 SR20DET Apexi Power FC resetting???

Ok so I have a apexi power FC that is making my car run dog nuts pig rich... here is the break down. When this motor ran with this ECU it was tuned for 740CC injectors, Tomei Pon cams, and some other shit. I dont have the 740's anymore. I dont have the same turbo (I have S15 Dual BB turbo) and I have S15 480CC injectors also I have Stock S15 (same as S14 SR) cams.

So the car runs but runs like asshole honestly I just use it to putt to school. I just wanted to know is it ok to "Reset" the ECU?

I mean since the only upgrade I have is S15 injectors and turbo should I just reset the ECU to stock? would this be safe?

There is a way to initialize it but you will need to put in all the appropriate settings to get it to run at base right and you'll need a basic map once you wipe the data with an initalization of the unit. Sending you a pm right now about my map services I may be able to help with this too.
