See which harness it connects to and look at a wiring diagram.
I am assuming that this is a KA in an s14? You need to include what motor and other information, no one knows what car you have |

that plug supplies the starter 12v power.
I have a 95 s14 auto i removed the bad engine n auto trans i installed a 5spd trans and a good engine in it I found the plug you are showing and was confused and the car would not start I realized that obviously that triangular 3 wire plug was 5 speed lower harness specific so i removed a 2 wire plug (had one fat wire one skinny wire) from the auto harness and it plugged into my fusebox and it obviously gave me 12 v power to the starter so now it starts. That plug confused me too but hopefully my finding can help you a bit.
