how do you know or how can you tell your car has abs? thanks...

If it's bodyfat is lower than 10% and looks pretty musclar it probably does. hehehe
Just slam on your brakes doing about 30mph. If the wheels lock up, then no ABS. If they chirp on and off and the brake pedal gives you a foot massage, then you have ABS.

Check your engine bay and see if you have a huge module in which many brake lines connect between the passenger shock tower and firewall.

No way man, optimal for a male is 8-15, above 15 is considered overweight and above 24 is obese.
I don't know what mine is now. I could have a six pack and then drink some water and not have it. I'm really on the edge.

I (assitant) manage the number one fitness franchise in the country(,and am a legally certified person trainer/nutritional consultant....that entitles me to know what I'm talking about

I did make a typo about 28 though;12-20.

If you are that "on the edge " just needs you need to work out more:P
