NJ 1990 s13 Hatch SR20 - Looking for trades

Looking to sell my 1990 s13, the car is in great condition inside and out and runs amazing. Blacktop sr20det swap with all emission devices installed, WILL PASS NJ INSPECTION! There's only 85k on the chassis and around 50k on the motor.. Does not run rich, Does not need to be tuned, perfect air/fuel ratios, 14.7 idle. The interior was redone less then two years ago, all new carpet and black leather on the panels, no more plaid. The car has been a reliable daily driver for me and has never let me down, I have taken the car on 4+ hour trips and have never had any issues or overheating problems. All the common rust spots are clean, there is a few small splotches on the roof that have been neutralized. Still has the original black paint. Has a few dings and dents but nothing major. Light sun fading on the roof but that's expected for a 23y old car.
