CA 1998 240sx with rb20det swap FS/FT

Hey guys I'm posting up my 98 Nissan 240sx with rb20det engine swap again. It's my first car and I love it but it's become too much of a project for me and I wanted to trade it for a (preferably bone stock) s13 Hatchback or even another s14 kouki. It has to be manual.

Okay now to the negatives

-odometer says 8x, xxx but it is broken along with the speedometer
-passenger fender and door are damaged
-I think the synchro is bad so I'd advise a new tyranny but it's up to you. It grinds going into 2nd gear so I go 1-3
-dash is cracked
-no airbags
-speakers blown
-rear bumper cracked
