Triing to sell tranny...Will 89 ka TRANNY work in a 95 pickup?

I need to have an answer quick...Will my 5-speed tranny from a 1989 sohc Ka, fit and work with a 1995 5-speed nissan pickup with a sohc ka?????

My ex-boss needs a tranny for one of his work trucks and needs and answer pretty damn quick so please help me out,

I will probably work but there's always going to be some slight adjustments needed. Some of the wiring may not line up perfectly. Or maybe the mounting is different. Just give it to him and tell him it should work but there no garauntee. Sorry I can't give you a definite answer.

Well he is a pretty good friend of mine, and I don't want him to have to go through the trouble just to find out it won't bolt on.

If it will bolt onto the engine, and shift properly then he will not care about the wiring, just as long as it will work.
