Kinda stumped on this. Stock ka, all emissions deleted. Afr's are good everywhere except for when i get on the highway, when i hit 68mph (2900 rpm), it goes from around 15 to low 11's. If i let off the gas it does the normal full lean, then when i get back on it it goes to where it's supposed to be around 15, then drops back to 11's. I'm gonna check the plugs when it cools off, maybe one injector is dumping fuel. Not sure what else it could be.

Figured it out. Stock ecu switches from closed to open loop at 68mph. really stupid design. Whatever. Feel free to delete.
