can anyone tell me the cons of a welded differential...i have a 2way lsd sitting in my house and was wondering if i should just sell it and weld the diff...my friend recommended it...but i just want to know the cons....thanks guys..

do you like parking? or making u turns? or driving in the rain, snow...

Do not drive it on the public roads. Too easy to drift, even when you don't want to.

basically a welded dif will not last, it will eventually break, and when that happens, most of the time, the dif freezes and totally locks up, therefore if it broke while you were on the freeway, it would be like your friend just yanking your ebrake, its pretty dangerous, just use the 2 way if ya got it .
