97 ka24de suddenly no spark no fuel

1997 ka24de was running fine no problems. I let it warm up for a few minutes before going to work. Started driving for about 15 minutes and suddenly it had a little hiccup almost like it was out of gas.it was fine for a few more seconds and then it completely died. Turns over no problem. Checked to see if it had spark by taking wires off and seeing if it would arc, none. I also cannot hear my fuel pump in the trunk when the key is on. Took the fuel line off after the filter cranked it and no fuel came out. Let me know what yall think. Thanks

Only thing that responsible for these two is the ECU.

I had a nistune ecu laying around that I have been needing to install. Plugged it up and had fuel and spark. Now to just get the correct tune, but yeah.. the ecu was the problem I suppose.

Not the ECU.. I think. Found a 96 manual obd2 ecu from a local guy. Just plugged it in and I have the same issue. Turns over just fine but nothing more. I cant hear the fuel pump unlike with the nistune I had plugged in. Umm..yeah. Is this a bad ECU as well or is there anyway that the nistune is bypassing a sensor that the stock one is not. I doubt it would be something stupid like that, I wouldnt think so. I am just refusing to believe both these ECU's are bad.
