Dyno charts and info from my drag car.. :)

For those who don't visit Fresh Alloy.. and didn't see the charts.. I brought my S13 to the dyno on Monday this week. I ended up having rear end problems (pinion bearing), and couldn't finish tuning it at high boost.. The last pull we made.. was 26psi and a 75 shot. The rear end was making so much racket.. I let off of the gas at at around 5500rpm. Power was already at 512whp and 480ft lbs. The other pull on this chart... was around 13-14psi and a 75 shot. We made a bunch of other pulls.. but these are the only two I have.

The car made 380whp and 312ft lbs at 1 bar without the nitrous as well... I'll be fixing the rear end.. and I have a S13 head I'm putting on with a Greddy short runner manifold. I think that will allow me to make even more power at lower boost levels.

Travis

Where exactly do you live? I've never seen your car. Is it just a drag car?

I bet if you didn't have a headrest at about 4,400RPM that boost would snap your neck.

I live in Houma, Louisiana.. about 35 miles southwest of New Orleans. Pretty much on the coast... I had posted pics of the car's progress several months ago. I finaly got it finished though.. Took me about 6 months. I run a speed shop, so I don't always have a lot of time to work on my own stuff.. Here's a rough list of the main components in the car..

S14 SR20DE block/head/tranny (non-turbo)
JE 8:1 pistons
Saenz forged rods with ARP bolts
Cometic metal headgasket
ARP headstuds
Nissan Motorsports heavy duty main bolts (Pulsar GTI-R)
Nissan bearings/seals
HKS 264* cams
HKS valvesprings
JWT flywheel and Z32 clutch/pressure plate
Slight bowl work on the head
FI-R log manifold (1.5")
3" downpipe
2" dumptube
50mm wastegate
T61/P-trim turbo
Greddy Type R
2.5 and 3" piping
Griffin core with custom end tanks (intercooler)
3 ply silicone with double clamps
NOS Direct Port fogger nitrous setup
Twin Walbro 255lph pumps
Dual feed billet fuel rail
Aeromotive regulator
Stainless steel twin -6 feed lines
Electromotive TEC II standalone engine management
1150cc injectors
Apexi AVC-R boost controller
Welded stock diff
15"x9.5" slicks
15"x 9.5" custom Bassett Rims

I am putting a S13 head on the car and a short runner manifold. The S14 head/stock manifold is holding me back big time. I might also switch to a SC63/T4 turbo. SHOULD go 9's once I get my cage in. I'm not even driving it until it has a cage in it. I can actually say... I am scared of this car.
