![]() I read on http://www.carreview.com/PRD_2162_2880crx.aspx that someone bought Koni yellows and the rear could only be adjusted when taken out. Is that true for a 1995 S14?
ALso, I'm looking for a place to buy adjustable damping shocks/suspension in general for cheap. Where do yal usually look into? Thanks. |

true for 95-98 models also
this sad truth holds me back from switching to these excellent shocks. To adjust the rears you have to take the coilover assembly out, take the spring off the shock, compress the shock to the bottom and twist. Re-assemble. Test drive. Repeat as necessary

Adjustment is the same for both. External front adjustment at the top of the strut, internal rear adjustment.
The rear Konis can be rebuilt and coverted to external adjustment, but once you've paid for all four plus rebuilding the rear two, you're up to about the same cost as a Tein SS. |
