help please. what is this?
I have a 91 nissan silvia s13 with a red top sr20det with this little unit in the engine bay with what i assume is a plug for power and a vacuum line leading to my intake pipe just after the air flow meter and a spare vacuum line spot with nothing hooked up to it.... and what seems like an adjustment knob on it. Any ideas on what it is. There should be a picture attached to this post of the little unit I'm talking about.

it looks like the oem boost solenoid. the "knob" is a vent. are you running an aftermarket boost controller?
