These are 68C/154.4F low temp thermostats made by Nippon Thermostat Co. Ltd. A subsidiary of theirs (Tama Enterprises) manufactures thermostats for Nismo and other performance brands (STi, HKS, Spoon, etc)

For those curious: NTCL has been in business since 1954 and is Japan's largest supplier of thermostatic control devices for the OEM car market. If you buy a car made in Japan, it will have a NTCL thermostat. Tama is their subsidiary and resides at the same address, their company profile shows their list of customers.
