Angry Replacing bushings in rear hub.

I recently purchased a set of bushings from energy suspension for the rear on my s13. There are 5 bushings on each side (3 go in the hub and 2 in the lower control arm). I have seen the install on pdmracing on how to do this and it looks like a bitch. Anyone here done this install before, I was wondering if a 42 ton press is sufficient to get those old bushings out. My car only has 90k so I'm going to check if I should even bother replacing them at this point. Any comments are appreciated.
