no SPARK/IGNITION/ECU....PLEASE HELP!!!

OK...the other day I changed my O2 sensor and adjusted my TPS...this was at about 11:00 at night. Then the next morning i tried to start my car but it seemd like it wouldnt catch...I could hear the starter turning but seemed like there was no spark happening...now the day that i change the o2 sensor/tps setting i was driving for most of the day with no problems.

The ECU "seems" to be fine...Im not exactly sure how to check it for codes (BY THE WAY I GOT A S14 VTC motor in a 95 S14 - WC ECU) Could someone please post the exact steps to pull codes from this ecu (and yes i did search but all i could find was how to check s13 ecu so please post how to check a s14 and if its the same please put that up)

Ive got a z32 maf and a z32 ignitor other than a filter/exhaust/bov/SAFC i have no other mods and it has run fairly well without problems since september...last night i changed out the ignitor but it still wouldnt catch. Today i will try to get another MAF and see if that helps but it seems like the SAFC is getting voltage from the MAFS so it "should" be fine in addition to that i did remove the plug to see if it would run but it still would not...i can hear the fuel pump going and i know im getting fuel pressure too...and all the connections are hooked up right. What could have possibly happend to make the car not run when it has been fine for the last 3 months???? PLEASE POST ANY IDEAS OR SUGGESTIONS>>>>>
