So I went to TIJUANA - Zilvia.net Forums | Nissan 240SX (Silvia) and Z (Fairlady) Car Forum

ok, this is a story only for those who whant to kill some time.

about a week or so I posted here that I was gonna take some days to go do some stuffs here in TIJUANA... I tought it was gonna be the best experience of my life... it wasnt..
first day I arrived around 9 am on monday. cool... I drive around the city nothing especial, at night I whent to this place called "LA REBU" and yeaaaaa... the night was nice...
second night was the thing (no sexual content here) as some of you might know, Im not from the US, Im portugese, and I only have my visa.... and my uncle has the same situation, visa only, I was with my car on TJ, and he left his car on the other side, and I took him to get it, he was driving and at the check point down the bridge I showed my visa, and my uncle instead of showing his visa too as he supposed to; but he showed up his ID of cali and when he was asked where he was from, he said Orange county and bammmmmmmmmmmm the ID shows that he is not from the US, they took our wallets, car everything, and put us where the other guys where... some who where in the trunk of cars and some with drugs.
I was like what did I do? and those fuckers where rude and they knew nothing of why I was there, charges of fraud, for 12 hours I tried to ask but they treat me like if I was mexican.... they found my california benefit card, witch I dint know I wasnt supposed to have but comited no crime but still they cancelled our visas, and took my car, they said that they are gonna send a letter to the registered owner to go and pick up the car.
and know what? Im stuck in TIJUANA, money is running out, my car is in an impound lot and my visa cancelled, plus I lost my job....

thats a fucked up story isnt it? but the life down here isnt as bad as I tought it would be.... nice chicks but I lost my job overthere...
what should I do in thins situation? all I can do is look for a somebody and jump over the wall, witch seems easy (but some said its the hardest thing to do)

I hope this ends soon, cus I now I know why some peple dont like US...

again, sorry about my english but ontop of my poor lenguage skills, these computeres suck and they charge too much for their use.

dude get your ass to a embassy, if you legally have a visa for US go to the US embassy, or go to the portuguese embassy, this is what they are there for is for shit like this that happens. the soil those embassys are on is legally the property of whatever country the embassy is for (IE us embassy follows all us laws on their soiul because it is US property)

there is no such thing as a portugese embassy... There is a embassy from the country of Portugal... portugese is an ethnic background... Im half german, but I cant get into the German (ie. Germany) Embassy. See?

Definately get your ass to an embassy ASAP! If they won't let you go, pull some shit and escape to get there. An embassy is the only place that can help you.

damn man. reminds me of one of my relatives who tried coming over here from vietnam with some kinda fraud through some underground business...turns out ...they failed coming...

heres the story = took her a buncha money to get her over here to america, 18 hours on the plane...she arrives in SFO (san francisco airpport), and thats when they caught her with suspicious fake papers and visa and shit...makes her wait in SFO (handcuffed i think), and interigates her. My family waiting ont he other side of the gate with flowers and shit thinking shell come through. however my family had no idea of this fraud business of her's...they wait and wait...and she never comes out and they dotn even get to talk. about 5 hours of interigation and investigation, they put her back on the soonest plane and send her back to vietnam...another 18 hours to go...AND on TOP of that...supposedly, she is banned from coming to america for the next 5 years or so. shit man...crazy shit.

hey atleast she got to spend 5 hours in ameirca.

lesson to learn here guys...never try to fuck with the officials. theyll fuck you in the ass.

and to you...seems like your not at fault...like everyone said...going to the U.S. embassy is your best bet.

ok, I speak spanish, english, and portugese (but the only lenguage I can write in the most is english ehehe, so no hate please) and I cant get to find any portuguse enbasy in this crappy town!!!! my spanish isnt really the best thing but still it takes me from point A to point B.... I called my mom and they are going to send some "help".... Im about to shit my pants and still no word from the dammm embasy, I think Im going to the TV and ask for help....

dude try to find another american or portuguese or anybody and get them to help get you to an embassy, basically just plead your case.
