My '90 with an s13 blacktop has this problem where, depending on the road, the steering wheel pulsates back and forth - It's totally independent of speed, i could be going 20 or 70 and it'll just do it randomly. The steering boots were recently replaced so i don't think that's the problem...

any of you guys know what it could be?
