How are the JIC Magic Seats

I have heard some mixed opinions about these JIC Magic Racing Seats. So flat out i need to know the truth. Are they good. YES, NO,...reason?

their bucket seats are similar to the r34 gt-r seats, it's comfortable but dont grip as good as other bucket seats.

I want something that looks good as well as performs. But i dont want to go bucket. I was talking about the JIC Racing Sport Reclinables. Are they just cheep and fall apart tho? About how long did it take to fall apart? How much were they abused?
