I have a S13 with Super Hicas which has been eliminated with an Escort Hicas Eliminator Bar. My question is if I'm putting in an SR20DET, which is missing the power steering pump, will my KA pump work? Keep in mind that it's a hicas pump. Thanks for any replys.

KA pump works but you need the SR pulley.

Time to find a SR pump, dude.

Kazuo is correct. Im running a ka power steering pump, right now. Have to have the sr pully though as they are different offsets.

I assume getting the Greddy pulley kits would work as well..?

^it works. haha and u dont need a SR pulley. we made KA one work on s13 before. u just have to play with it.

hey 420sx how did u get the KA HICAS pump to work on the SR. i am very interested...

maybe someone else can answer this: what if i took my KA24DE HICAS ps pump and mounted it on the SR20DET along with the KA bracket? Then i would take the pulley from my non-HICAS SR pump and mount it on the KA pump. does this sound like it would work? anyone done this before?
