Aftermarket Mesh Wheel Center Bore Size

Ok... I'm looking to get either one of two sets of mesh wheels for my s13 240sx. One set is off a rx7 gsl se, the other is off an ae86 corolla. Both of these cars have the same 4x114.3 bolt pattern but have slightly smaller center bores than the 240's 66.1

My question is that on aftermarket wheels are the center bores made universal to fit different types of applications? Or are they usually made to fit the particular applications hub bore exactly? One set are Rikens and the others look like SSR's if that helps.

any help appreciated... thanks.
