I installed front and rear sway bars from suspension techniques about 2-3 yrs ago and i was just wondering if i need to keep them maintain.  such as get them lubed? or adjusted? please help?

There should be no sort of maintenance necessary.  The only thing that may detiorate with time are the bushings.  Just check to make sure they're in decent condition...but they should still be fine after only 3 years.
