timing chain tensioner(s) popped, motor=gone

Yeah, so it finally happend. The tensioner(s) for the timing chain popped and now my motor is gone. I'm going to try and fix it.

What kind of damaged might have occurred in the engine? Anything fixable? If not, I'll just have to go get another KA (no money for anything else).

My fault for letting this happen, the engine rattle was getting louder and louder these past few days, should have done something sooner. Haven't oppend the block yet to see the damage, just want to know what to expect when I do, what to look for damage wise??? Thanks in advance.
