What tires should I get?

I currently have mismatched tires (520 tread ware on 3, 480 on the other one) with a "B" heat rating and they just HAVE to go.

Dunlop sport 8000, Kuhmo ECSTA Supra 712, or Yokohama A520? Those are what I'm looking at now and are within my $100 or less per tire price range. I'm running stock 16" SE rims(205/55/16). It rains a LOT here so water traction is important. Ride noise and comfort are of little concern to me. Also, I drive about 15-20k miles a year, and they need to last at least the entire year. This is my daily driver but I will be doing solo-2 twice a month and possibly a track day or two in the summer. So from the list above or other, what tire should I go with and why?
