alternator output: 0 volts ??

Just finished my swap, CA18DET using KA24DE lower harness. Car died at first because alternator was not charging the battery. Got the alternator tested at Advance and it put out 15V. Got the battery charged to 12.6V. Re did every ground on my motor, put it back together, and battery is showing 12.13V at idle, and when I measure volts between ground and the ring terminal w/ red boot on the alternator, i get nothing! Both battery AND brake light are on in dash. Pic attached, I measure between A and my (-) battery terminal and get nothing at all, when advance just tested it and got 15. Since im not getting anything straight from the alternator i dont think its a fusible link or fuse. Any ideas???
