Aside from the obvious bunch of options that differ the SE from the Base.  Are there any significant mods that would seperate the SE and the base performance wise.  I dont consider the rear spoiler a performance part hehe.  
Base doesnt have the option of an LSD or ABS right?  Any other significant changes?

I'm too lazy to get you the link, but FAQ is still only one page so its not hard to find.  Check the FAQ forum for all the info between different models.

as for the s13, the difference between se and base:

se has "leg lamp"/base don't
se came w/ 7 spoke wheels, base came w/ sexy hubcaps
se had the HUD option
se had HICAS option
se had LSD option
se has spoiler
se has stiffer suspension?
se has front/rear sway bar/base has front/rear sway bar option?

that's as much as i can remember

HUD?!  you dont mean heads up display?  wow Can I still order it from nissan dealerships? =)
