When I turn my stereo up past volume 16 all my interior lights start to flicker with the bass, then my audio/interior lights turn off and then come back off liek 2 sec later with the volume down at 0. I have an Alpine headunit and Pioneer 3 way speakers.

the ground wire is probably loose. Did you install it or have it installed?

I did.. if it was loose I don't think it would work at all.. it works fine up untill volume level 15

Try re-wiring the ground cable. It may not be a solid connection. When the volume goes up, its drawing more juice and if the ground can't expel the charges fast enough, it'll "choke" your radio.
