just wondering if the s14 radiators are better? the look a tad bit thicker.

I think they are a tad thicker,
the coolant overflow exits on the opposite side too.

Upper mounting tabs are further outward on the S14 as well.

fan shroud wont fit but pretty much everyone got away with it so...
