so i went to use my hone the other day, and the speaker on it sounds blown all sorts of ratteling and whatnot. not sure why this would be. only thing i could think of is that somehow the concert i went to put enuff SPL on the sparker to blow it?? i know that that is a long shot and veary dumb, but i baby the damn thing and have no idea how it happened. any ideas or other people have this problem with thier razrs?

I have one and I have no idea what your problem is with the phone. Put insurance on it if you haven't already and get a new one.

if you turn it down does it stop distoring? is it all the time? I have a razr, haven't had any problems with it. I also work in the concert industry and it's loud everywhere i go! ha.

My razr came with a 1 year manufactures waranty, so as long as yours isn't older than a year you should be able to get it replaced.

if the volume is 4 or lower it sounds fine. but anthing higher and i can barley hear the people talking over the distortion. i will have to look into that 1 year warrenty thing. hopefully cingular supports it.

If you have Cingular...your phone should be covered by a 1 year warranty and if you have insurance you can claim insurance if you're out of warranty.

well i gots no insurance, and it diddn't look like i could just add it on the website. htink i may just call them up and add it for a couple of months then claim the repair.

i have a razr and i think the sound sucks on it period. the speakers that they put in that thing from the factory just suck ass. sorry I cant help your problem, just expressing my hatred for this crappy overhyped phone that i now own.
