serious help needed w/ SR

ok, well my motor won't run well obviously, when i rev it, it acts like it won't rev, it will studder and won't go past a pretty low rpm, maybe 3k rpm, pretty sure it's not the MAF (z32) but im pretty sure it IS the TPS sensor, i just checked it, and it is now reading 5.26 on both the input and output power wires on the ECU, so i think this means it is bad?
also something weird is that i checked it before i started the car up, and it seemed somewhat normal except for WOT which was in the 5.2x range, but i was convinced that it is jumping in and out, so i started it up and tried to rev it, and it began to rev ok, but then it wouldn't rev right, then i turned the car off and checked it again, and i got the 5.26v on in and out power values...

if this doesn't sound like the culprit then PLEASE help me out
