They'll stick past the fenders. an 8.5 with that offset would be perfect with a little camber, but that width and offset is better suited to an S14.
Pull the fenders and run lots of camber with stretched tires and they'll look great. Make them fit.

fits perfect
-2 to -2.5 camber is enough
used to run it

NO NEED to pull the fenders! just roll them. kids stuf.

Ez to fit.
Please put 215/40s on the front tires unless you would like to run more camber than what dousan said.
Rear would need to roll the fenders, front as well. No pull.

Theres a chance that the wheels he's looking to buy are in that thread! Also, there have been at least 2 groubuys on 17x9+20 wheels recently so there has got to be a lot more people running this size on S13's....

I run 17x9 +10 front and +20 rear. 245s all around.

Rear fit so easily I am embarassed I rolled and flared the fenders. I'm running -2.8* camber which will probably be reduced to -2.5ish* eventually.

Front required a lot of work: fenders are ghetto-flared, rolled, seams are hammered flat, harnesses are rerouted, fenderwells had to be sledged. I had no choice but to run the car higher because I actually use the car's cornering capabilities and would run out of clearance (on the fender arch and on the fenderwell also) far too early.
