this isnt really the place to ask, there is an "identify this" thread.
but to answer your question, its not rare. I have the same one broken in half sitting in my backyard collecting the earths elements. |

hks used to put painted valve covers like that on their race cars. i doubt they ever made them for production/public sale. i don't know if that one is authentic or just a custom paint job, but if it is a real hks one, its rare as fuck.

it was never actualy offered to the public, one of those special order items. Unless they are bringin back old parts since they have a whole new catalog coming out with new fresh parts. The valve cover is custom painted to suit the car and how it was build(has the whole HKS catalog in that engine). edit: by custom i dont me the scheme. I mean valve cover did not come HKS directly.

the valve cover is not a hks piece. i painted that myself with some hi temp paint. i dont think they made those ever. its the same livery they had on all their drag cars, motor oils, and brake fluids. my car was sponsored by hks at one time and so i thought it was fitting.

Ikeya Formula fullkit, only one of two in the US as I understand... Although I won't have it for much longer!
![]() ![]() I've also got a set of Gracer s-13 sideskirts, although the sides aren't as rare as the front bumper. No pics yet though. I will have a Sard sports catalytic converter very soon as well. I've never seen one of those before! |
