If your looking for more torque I would do the exhaust mods header, high flow cat,catback exhaust first then get a cold air intake. Anything that makes an engine more efficient is going to make more torque. A ka is a fairly torqey engine form the factory because of it's displacement along with it's rod stroke ratio. The header is going to add the most torque but make sure to go with a quality piece not a pacesetter or other crap brands go with either a hotshot or greddy. A crank pulley will also add power through the whole powerband.For exhaust use apex and for the intake the injen cold air is the best.
