Well, who would suspects a Honda cop car?
Damn. I drive from South Gate to Long Beach daily (710s-105e-605s) and there's always lowered Honda's with exhaust on there.

I haven't seen the Honda cop car in san jose, but i was pulled over by a Mustang. I swear that car was modded with an exhuast. I thought he wanted to race me
 but instead he pulled me over. |

could the defense of "i didnt know that was a cop car chasing me because it was not clearly marked" work?

Meh, Ive calmed down a lot since a long string of speeding tickets over the years. I just get all my fat aggression out on the track. And leave my damn KA stock because I know those fuckers will pop my hood if they pull me over in the S13.
