I was trying that.. on your main screen.. you go to your reply thing where the buttons are. and then triangle.. then it will give you the option of saving it to your harddrive. then put a flash drive in. and copy the video to your flash drive and i sure youll know what to do from there.

I am a diehard fan and I must say I like the game but was not blown away like I should've been.

After fans were promised a "revolutionary" racing game they obviously did not deliver that. No wheel or tv will be able to fix that.

Not everybody cares enough or has the money to drop $60 on a game, $600-1200 for a nice TV to play it on, and another $150-XX dollars on a game steering wheel and/or seat.

I can deal with the face that premium cars dont have interior cockpit views and with my Sony Bravia 1080p resolution tv, they dont look bad either. What I cannot deal with is the fact that you cant even change the wheels on any standard car at all. There are over 700 standard cars and you cant even change wheels. That is a really bad move on Polyphony Digitals part IMO.

This game is fun to me still and I play it frequently. Picture mode is awesome and online play can be addicting when you find a group of people who dont smash into you every chance they get. I honestly believe after all the years they had to get this game right and the product they released just doesnt add up no matter how you look at it.

Well you get a prize for completing each license in each category: bronze, silver, and gold. So if you get gold in all tests, you get 3 cars for the license. Silver gets two (the one for silver and the one for bronze) etc...

I just want to get them out of the way and over with, plus having all golds is pretty cool I think.

True, forsome reason i was never good at getting licenses. I loose my cool after trying over and over to get gold.. but having all gold must mean you got some skill.

I'm enjoying this game a lot and the smoke's amazing. It's pretty intimidating getting lost in the lead car's smoke at times, but that just means I'm not close enough. Still haven't gotten to use the wheel, but I need to build a rig for it first.

Have one of your friends, or yourself start a room. If a friend starts a room, go to community and look for your friends. When you click on their profile it should mention somewhere what room they're in.

I spent 2 hours on the b license test at Nurburgring (that Dunlop hairpin). I almost threw the PS3 out the window a few times. Passing time (for gold) was 00:14.600 and my best for the longest time was 00:14.608. It drove me nuts.

I played today on my friend's G27 wheel and his wheel setup that he had ordered online from some company in Europe and DAMN was it fun. I've got the regular GT wheel but man what a difference.

Oh and anyone who's doing the Nascar challenges on a controller is a champ in my books...

Yeah, I barely squeaked out the first couple... I'm definitely going to have to pull out the wheel for the rest. The controller is just too twitchy.

Yeah, even with the traction control low (or even off) it still is really twichy. If I was using it, I could see myself losing a bunch of Nascar races while trying to make a pass...

night driving the nordshielfe *however its spelled* online is an experience, the daylight change is just awesome.. Oh and at night just looks soo badass on that track, cars down the way have like a red tail light glow to them, and when they hit walls, ohh soo cool, sparks look awesome!

Had a few bad online races though too, people who dont know how to freaking brake and smash into you, or dont let up or consider others in the racing line.

Hopefully they will have a kick/ban option in the future, seen too many idiots who like to smash and go the wrong way.

it's kind of a vote to kick thing as far as I can tell. Don't remember how it's worded in the game.

Played this at my friends house and I can't see what's so special about this game. The driving physics felt pretty bad when compared to Forza. I used to be a diehard gran turismo fan too. This was just kinda disappointing. The graffics were the only thing that I thought was cool.

Ummmmmm, no, as far as realism goes, the driving physics in GT5 ***FAR*** surpass Forza 3. You may just be accustomed to the easier, less realistic physics in Forza so you don't like the way GT5 feels, which is fine.

A good example of GT5 physics over Forza is braking. If you turn off ABS and brake too hard in a straight line or while turning, you fish tail, get squirrley and etc. In Forza if you did such, you just understeered right off the track.

true the weight transfer physics are very weak in forza, can be quite frustrating while trying to race hard.
