DAMN...so curious, what the hell did you use to pull the fenders that much? I'm about to do this shit the next couple of days...and this is what I'd have to deal with:

Hey bro i used a small sledge hammer from the inside. Then pipes ranging in size from 1.5" to 3" (girl power bat from walmart) and a torch as you can tell from my new paint oxidized on the fender.

Why so much positive camber? No RUCA's? That looks terrible broski

I don't have good 'meat' shots

235 front 255 rear

I reallllly wish I had a 245 that would work nicely in the front, and a 265 in the rear, but that'll be till mid season when these wear out.

Car looks great Cody for a nice simple build. Definately could use some more rear rim and tire though. Looking a little skinny for 400whp. Looking a tad sunk there with the skinny rear tire on the high offset wheel. Nothing a small spacer couldnt cure though.

My car:

Rear:
15x10 Weld Prostars - 5.5 BS 4.5 Bolt pattern
325/50R15 MT ET Street Radials

Front:
15x3.5. I am getting rid of the skinnies and doing a full width wheel in the front, just trying to find a nice set of wheels that will match the rears. I will probably get CCW SP550s all the way around just because since the rear is backhalfed no one makes a wheel that will fit.... so it'll be a custom set and the slicks will be just for the track.

Rear is a 4-Link 8.8 Ford. I can fit whatever size tires in the rear, so if the car becomes a single digit blaster the sky is the limit on tire width for me. Its just hard now because I am shooting for a more streetable car with nice wheels, but when you have a lip like mine in the rear and 5/8" rear studs, wheel selection is tight.

Your going to need to flair out the fender another .5" atleast. Stick the bat in the frontof the wheel well the push the car backwards while slowly pulling up and away from the car at the same time bro.

so how about this one? can someone tell me if it will fit.

18x10.5 +15 rpf1 with 285/30/18 neova ad08s all around, or the same thing on 18x10 nt03. Im planning on running redline time attack street tire class and the car having 430whp. or possibly 275/35/18 star specs?

Also thought about 275/40/17 nitto nt05 on a 17x10 +12 or +25.

I also have 50mm rear overs with the quarters cut, 30mm front overs on a s14 with sti brakes all around. and apr gt300 wing mounted directly to the frame or similar.

What do you guys think? All advice is appreciated.

Thanks

The 275 35 might be too tall for the front. But it should be easy with 30 or 40 mm front fenders. The rears are cake. With 50mm rears I'm going 315 in the rear and I'm running A 10.5 +0.

Has anyone put a 315 on a 10" rim? Can it be done? Will it be horrible? I have an S13, and I have yet to see a picture of the FN01R-c's in the +12 offset on an S13. I know there's much less room as opposed to an S14.

Why do you want to put a 315 on a 10" wheel? You're going to completely compromise the sidewall doing that.

I have FN01R-C's in the size your asking on the rear of my S14 with 255-40-17 NT-05's and it required a 3/4" pull.

So I wouldnt suggest it because your going to have to pull your rear fenders out about a mile.

Well that's what I'm trying to get at. I'm trying to figure out if I should just go ahead and get the Origin 50mm overfenders. Which I believe I will if you had to pull your fenders out that much on an S14.

And I didn't know about the tires....hence the reason I'm asking. How much does it compromise the sidewall? Or what's the widest tire you can put on a 10" rim?

I wouldnt go over a 275-40-17 and the problem with that is its a tall ass tire. The problem with 17's is once you go over 255's tires become really tall because they dont make a 35 series.

Yes I would suggest getting over fenders on your car if you want do that set up and not have retarded pulled fenders and run lots of excessive camber.

What are you trying to do with the car? 255-40-17 NT05's have been working well on track day 240's with upwards of 340hp. You need to worry about what you can fit up front because running a huge stagger on these cars sucks.

In reality your best bet is an 18" wheel so you can run a 285-35-18 tire but thats an expensive option.

Well it's in the process of an LS1 swap, cammed, intake manifold, long tubes, cold air intake, exhaust, not sure about heads yet, but that's going to be well over 400whp with the 6sp. manual, and not too far behind on torque. I'm going to need some good tires behind that.

Mickey Thompson makes a 315/35/17 drag radial.

Mickey Thompson Performance Tires & Wheels

I have seen 315's on S13's before, it's all in the offset of the wheel. I was curious about the FN01R-c's specifically. But if it won't work on a 10" wheel, I'll either just get the 275's, or do the whole overfender thing and go with wider wheels.

hmm, i have 275 on a 5zigen 10 inch +12, think a 30mm over fender will clear the tire with tein basics, not slammed but a moderate drop.... pulling the fenders is moot due to damage
