drill out the rivits on both ends of the vin plate on the dash, then rivit it on to the new dash, be careful not to damage it!

Those VIN tags are really flimsy. Be careful when removing the old rivets.

JUNKYARD. get a stock exhaust. goto shop and have them flange it on.

so if u get pulled over again can swap it back and forth. thats what i do.

man you friend is not really a friend, you can get in a lot of trouble if they find out, and its likely they will, when i went to get my exhaust checked they did check the plates then the vin on the dash, like every one here has said, just tell him to go get a stock exhaust back on really how hard is it, sorry to say but you friend is a

Your friend is not your friend, you need to kick his ass.
Have him get a stock exhaust, or rent yours out to him for a pretty amount with a huge security deposit to make sure it gets back and in one piece.
This thread is not going to go anywhere in a productive manner, I will kill it off now.
