I was about to place the order when I realized the only place I could put it is on the porch (apartment ftl). If I keep it properly lubed will it be ok against the elements?(Moisture pretty much)

Not a good idea. Although a little moisture won't hurt, the paint on the wheels will come off the first few times you roll it around, exposing bare metal. From there it will corrode easily if left to the elements. Same goes for any contact point on the jack. My Craftsman 3ton that I use most looks like it went through a war zone and I take good care of it, but usage wears hard on the finish. If it was kept outside it'd be ruined by now. Maybe if you've got something to put over it at least.

Makes sense, I was thinking about wrapping it in tarp.

I jacked my car up with it, went in the house to get something and came back out to see the car on the ground in a pool of hydraulic fluid
Yikes.

It kicks ass. It's Slammed VW approved as well.

Put it right under the middle of the car (on the side). Jacks the entire side up at once. Bam, 2 jackstands on the dirver side.

Repeat for the passenger side.
