Of course, with my stock exhaust, no one can hear if Im on or off it, lol.

Cant wait for some money and to get back out there!!

Yeah, same here, completely stock exhaust, epicly quiet with WEAK 185/60/15 tire noise (YouTube - Charles Ng at Inland drift Season opener April 2009)
LOL

I usually only Tandem now.
But,
I like to tandem with the guys I know, not some random 3 people in front of me that I dont know or how well they drive.

I will prolly just come on a weekend and run tandem with some of the 626 and work on lines at some point.

I usually let go of the wheel at some point and let the car counter.

Are you holding the wheel the whole time?
I usually tell newer drivers to let go of the wheel when they feel the car start to slide.
And grab the wheel when you want the car to "set".

Also, I watched guys spin all day because they would get to steep of an angle, and hope they could power through the amount of speed the angle was scrubbing off.
You could see a spin coming 50 feet before it even started to happen.

So on a ling track, shallower angle, and dont just stand on the throttle.
I was on and off my throttle on my KA.

Its something else then.
Bent LCA?
they can tell you whats off, or at least what wheel if you go to an alignment shop.

More seat time and drivers skill will do it.

yes it does, im sorta a newbie and man this is better than being in a small enclosed track, theres more room for error, i was actually linking the first sweeper into the second initiation but sometimes spun out, but this place is a great place to learn for new guys like me, yea one of the guys was giving me pointers and they do help. and its a great friendly atmosphere

Yeah, I am glad I spent 2 years learning to get the Max out of my car. I watch alot of higher HP guys not know how to run their cars wide open and fast.
So when I get power, I hope I can just keep the pedal on the floor.
I think I will probably get the powered by max angle kit before I get coils or turbo the KA.
Im hoping that when I turbo it, I can stand on the gas and with the angle kit, I can just use more angle to slow me down instead of letting off.
The only down side to lower HP cars is, I have learned to adjust drift with the steering wheel instead of the gas. (out of nessesity since I have the pedal burried, but its a new technique I will have to learn.)

Only time will tell. Hopefully work pics up, or i win the lotto

Eric, I say coils 1st bro, then knuckles, then turbo.. COILS are super important. Learn more with those and then the new angle after that will save your ass

also, the way i ran the track like Tommy did, no, your car is not going to do 3rd at all

I have drifted both high hp cars and my stock KA, only mods are welded diff and no brand name coilovers, slipping stock clutch is hard to clutch kick, so the only way for me is to keep the momentum going with the gas pedal all the way down and steering adjustment, IMO it takes a little more anticipation than driving a high hp car. But hey, even tsuchiya keiichi started drifting with underpower car, so why not? haha.
