That's good to hear, especially considering how many cheap ass s-chassis owners are out there. Mark me down as interested and keep us posted. Any idea what type of damper you are going to run? You don't have to release "secret" information or drawings, I'm just curious that's all.

nothing secert about it , i have been lokoing at the QA1 double adjustables right now but will be looking at others as soon as we get down to that point.
\spoke with my buddy who has my car and once we get the car running then we will look at suspension but in the meantime i will make the billet mounts since they will work with others as well.

Might be asking a dumb question here but for those of you running a setup that uses tubes, are you actually using your tubes without screwing the tires to the rim? Reason I ask is I am looking to setup my MT ET Drags on my Z32 TT wheel and do not feel comfortable installing the tubes due to the fact that I wouldnt be screwing these into the rim. My fear is that somehow the valve stem could get damaged/cut off leaving me with NO tire pressure. Might be a dumb ass fear but since I dont have much experience with Tubed Drag tires I wanted to know what you guys do/recommend.
Also, if you do not use the tubes do you guys just use lots of beadlock around the wheel? I know more than likely the air will be leaking out faster than on a normal tire due to the nature of the tire I just want to be as sure as I can that the wheel is stuck to the rim. Thanx Last edited by 2muchboost; 01-03-2013 at 09:55 AM.. |

you can use tubes with or without screws but you have to drill the valve hole on the wheel to use the tubes since they have a biger valve . mark your tire to see if you are getting rim slip. if you have slipping then go on to screws or beadlock them. we ran screws for a long time but now on the current set up its outside beadlock and screws inner side. my corolla has none and the S13 had none either.

If one builds a 500rwhp+ SR, then adds an SRVG adapter setup, Z32 trans and heavy duty one piece driveline and Kaaz 1.5 LSD,
Would anything else be pron to breaking at the drag strip out of curiosity? Do you need to install heavy duty rear zxles/half shafts? |

If u use anti-lag and pop the clutch.. U can break axles if the slicks hook good. if u use a drag radial u be fine.. If u ride out the clutch u be fine with a slick as well. Axles break but not that fast..
