And don't think "MS is too smart to make a mistake like this" big companies make big mistakes ALL THE TIME.

Hopefully this puts the nail in the coffin for ridiculous DRM restrictions.

i just cant find myself buying ONE for killer instinct and forza. the ps4 sure has me puzzled. the first one with an SNK fighting game has my money.

Well it will still require internet for first time setup to remove the internet requirement, so those of you without internet are going to need to bring it to a friends house or update it over cell phone tethering. I guess it is cheaper for them to include this in the already planned first day update then to go back and unbox everything and update it that way, makes sense though. But lets be honest how many of you are posting from dialup?

Some of the features like instant switching and what not are somewhat neutered now since you have to swap out game disks but that will end up effecting less people then it will bring by removing the requirements.
