conversion hubs. The Contano ones in the for sale section (pinned at the top) work great. I also did a z32 brake swap while I was taking that stuff of also.

just replace it with 5 lug hubs. very simple.

btw. this took less than 2 minutes to find. good luck! cheap and easy to do.
