Do an rb25 and 26 have the same bolt pattern and will transmissions swap back and forth? Asking because of this kit http://www.atiracing.com/products/adapterk/akit.htm

It says rb26 but doesn't say rb25, which is what I have.....

Unreal's S14 - 7/25/14 @ Atco 14.3@103

Last run of the night.

- yes i was sleeping at the light. Wanted to make sure the launch was nice. Ended up being pretty good! Spun 1st a bit.
- Boost was at ~8psi
- car was sluggish all night as my first few runs struggled to hit 100mph, ended up needing to trim the fuel map a bunch while in the pits. Was getting 10.0 AFRs for some reason.
- 60ft was 2.304 (yes it was terrible)
- extracting the log data in 4th gear into Virtual dyno gives me 238whp/250tq on Mustang Dyno Setting, Smoothing - 6.

The reinforced ones fit well with no issues. I then mounted them on Z32 TT wheels but now unfortunately I am staying NA so no need for the tires.

Man it has been way too long since I have been on here...I've been running pretty consistently in the mid 12s, with a 1.8-2.0 60'. I got my line lock installed, which has helped with burn outs and traction, now I just need to figure out how to set up the anti lag, to get me out of the hole. I have it set up with the AEM V2 ecu to where I have about 15-18psi of boost when I launch, but as soon as I come off the clutch the car falls on it's face...and then right about the 60' the power comes back in and the car starts doing some work.

So any other guys running the AEM V2 system with anti lag setup, or any anti las setup for that matter, having any success?

Hi guys. I'm new to drag racing. My project is on the dyno and will.be tuned this week. . Im estimating 600hp and plan to hit the strip soon. Ive read most of the posts. Does wheel specs 15x 8, 5.5 BS with 26 x 10.5 Drag radials will be a good setup for 600? I also have Stance pro coilovers( not sure how much will hurt the car on the strip). And for last I still have the stock VLSD with stock axles. How big is the chance to blow axles at this power level? Ive been searching for j30 rear end and axles but havent had any luck at yards. Thanks for your help

Dude. You're car needs more attention to the rear diff than some old ass j30 LSD.

It's gorgeous BTW.

If you want to preserve some of those drivetrain parts you should go with a bias ply tire not a radial for the track.

Today i hit the lottery. Local LKQ yard had a 50% disc. And happened to have a 93 q45. I snapped the diff, driver side axle and hubs for $62.

Ya the price for the tt axle is not going to be cheap. They are pretty rare and most aftermarket manufactures have stopped making the axles. So if you found one you should probably jump on it. Otherwise it might take you another six months to find one. I paid $230 shipped for mine.

Check out the SoCal junkyards. For some reason its like the tribal graveyard for the TT axles. I reached out to a buddy that was working down there and he found 3 for me in about a months time. They are becoming more rare so act quickly.
